We should not entirely ignore the external symptoms
An unusual acne remedy is a bean tea. To make bean tea, you need to boil a package of green beans in a quart of water for ten minutes or more and add three tablespoons of chamomile (dry) to it. Cover it and steep it until it cools. Once it cools you should strain and bottle the tea. Use it to wash your face about three times weekly.
Wash your face twice daily. If you experience body acne, then it is a great idea to have a shower at least twice a day. If you are into outdoor sports, make sure you take a shower after your are done with it. This helps cleanse your skin of all the dirt and grime that serve as a breeding ground for the bacteria. However, it is equally important to use a gentle face/body wash.
Be as gentle as possible with your skin. Our first instinct tells us to scrub as hard as we can to fix the problem, but this will only make it worse. Be sure that if you exercise regularly or sweat, cleanse your chest and back afterwards. Exercising not only produces sweat, but it produces oil. Leaving this on your skin can cause your pores to become clogged and trigger a breakout. Also, beware of tight fitting garments around your chest and back which can induce perspiration.
Cucumber also works. To use cucumber, a good process is to blend a peeled cucumber and apply its juice to your skin. Subsequently, clean your skin thoroughly and apply egg whites on your face or any other acne area with a cotton ball or cotton swab. Leave it on for a while; it is good for your skin because it is like an astringent.
Drinking a lot of water is important. This is because it helps flush out toxins from your body. Not just this, it also helps calm down inflammation inside your body.
Use a body spray that treats acne. These types of acne medications come in a spray bottle and after cleansing, let the area dry and you should spray directly on your chest and back. Clinique makes a body spray and so does Murad, but they may be others out there. Be sure to keep your bed linens clean to prevent dirt and oil buildup. Drink plenty of water and good luck!
Changing your diet is often one's most powerful weapon against acne. Green foods such as spinach, basil, celery, broccoli and green beans detoxify and alkalize your system. Acidic foods like tomatoes and tomato sauce, meat, grains, coffee, citrus fruits and even distilled water will encourage your body to produce more oil which can clog your pores. Red meat in itself is not harmful but the sodium nitrate used to make it appear red and fresh is a carcinogenic (cancer causing) as well as something that acidifies your system.
