Swedish fashion retailer H & M voluntarily recalled children\'s water bottles, which have a broken mouth and risk choking.
H & M said on Wednesday that consumers should immediately stop using water bottles and call the company to receive a prepaid email to return the bottles.
Upon receipt of the returned bottle, the consumer will receive a full refund and a $25 H & M gift card.
From July 2012 to March 2013, the product was sold at the H & M National Children\'s Department for $1. 50 and $5.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Board, about 2,900 bottles were recalled in September 2012, but about 200 bottles were sold after the initial recall.
